Ben aka "Buckets" and I became friends back in 8th grade and have been like brothers ever since. Hanging out watching or talking about sports or being on a boat fishing are the things we both love to do. Ben is the type of person that would put everyone before him and the person that would be by your side in a time of need without hesitation. Living in separate states might be tough for some people to sustain a friendship like ours but we haven't let it change a thing. Very thankful to have a best friend like Ben and know it will be a friendship that will last a lifetime.

Jon and I met through Shelby. Shelby and Jon have been close friends for over 10 years and now we are all like family. You can always catch us out fishing or watching some sort of fishing show on tv. Having a friend like Jon that you can always count on to crack a joke and light the room up is something I am grateful for.

Josh and I met on the dock in 2019 through our fishing careers. Since then, he has become a great friend of mine and the kind of friend you can always reach out to in a time of need. Shelby and I are both extremely grateful to have someone like Josh by our side. Living down the street from one another means a lot of football Sundays together even if he is a "Commanders" fan!

Zach and I became friends in middle school and have stayed close ever since. We both have a love for sports and usually are having some sort of discussion about the Cowboys or the Eagles. Zach is someone that will always light up the room with jokes or funny stories about our past. He is and always will be a true friend of mine that will be in my corner no matter what.

"Hack" and I met back in high school. Through the years we have become close friends that bond over sports and most importantly the Dallas Cowboys. Hack is the type of friend that even if we don't speak on a day to day basis, we will always pick right back up where we left off and I am super thankful for that type of friendship.

Rob, my new brother in law and I met 12 years ago when him and my sister started dating. Between all the family gatherings and vacations together, there never seems to be a dull moment when he's around. Smoking cigars and sipping on something strong are two activities that we both seem to enjoy doing together and don't think that will ever change. I feel lucky to have a brother like Rob who cares for my sister the way he does and look forward to a life of family get togethers with him and Karli.

Grayson is Shelby's brother. The first time Grayson and I met we immediately got along and had a lot in common. Grayson and his fiancee Kaitlin live down the road from us and we enjoy hanging out with them when we get the chance. In their spare time, Grayson and Kaitlin enjoy fishing on their boat and camping in various places in their camper. Looking forward to having him take me out fishing on his new boat.

Gavin is Shelby's brother. Like Grayson, the first time Gavin and I met we got along immediately and it was super easy to have a conversation. Gavin and I also both enjoy fishing and we always try to get out on the ocean when he's around. Gavin is currently in Indiana (Notre Dame) with his girlfriend Emily and Shelby and I look forward to getting out there to visit and maybe catching a football game together.

Emily and I met through one of Kyle's friends and have been inseparable ever since. When we met, Em was just about to graduate WVU and move down to the beach for work. Fast forward a few years later and we now work together in the offices at Duffie Boatworks. We both enjoying doing a lot of the same things and love living at the beach. You can most liking always find us together, whether it's attending a concert, going out to dinner, or just having a "Bachelor/Bachelorette watch night" we always have the best time and for that I'll be forever thankful. Em is a once in a lifetime friend that I'm super grateful to have in my corner. When she's not working you can normally find her on her boat enjoying the water with her family and her new adorable pup, Charlie!

Jess and I met working at Sunset Marina on the docks many, many years ago. Jess tells the story as "the day I met Shelby I knew I was going to make her my friend". And from then on we've been friends ever since! We had a short stint as roommates living in West Ocean City together until I moved in with Kyle and living there is still one of the best summers I've ever had. Jess also enjoys the beach life as much as I do and we frequently find ourselves on Assateague in the summer months. Whenever you need a person to listen or a shoulder to cry on while drinking a cold corona w/ a lime, of course, Jess is your girl. And I love her so much for that.

Morgan and I met back in our middle school days, maybe even before that, playing soccer against each other on different club teams. Playing against each other soon turned to playing together on the same team and me residing at her house every weekend and we've been friends ever since. Throughout going to separate high schools and colleges, dogs, marriages and kids Morgs has always been a constant friend in my life and always there no matter what. Her world revolves around her 2 amazing little boys and husband and for that I look up to her everyday!

Victoria and I met at High Point University and were college roommates. She was a little skeptical living with me at first, but now she couldn't live without me :) My final few years at High Point and most of my favorite memories there most likely involve or include Victoria. I also like to take all the credit for introducing her to her husband Curtis and vividly remind her of that every time I see her. Although she lives in Connecticut, we still make time to see each other and our pups and I will forever be grateful to HPU for bringing Vic into my life.

Abbey and I go wayyy back. We met thru our mutual friends in middle school/high school and I knew right away we were meant to be friends. We are practically the same person with the same likes and interests and I'm forever grateful we stayed close after all these years. Plaza Tapitia is one of our favorite spots to go to on a date night with our husband/fiancé and I'll never forget the night she didn't order a margarita to find out she was having a little one, now Little Robbie. On long days after work I enjoy nothing other than going over to Abbey's house to relax with her and her family at their amazing house.

Karli is Kyle's sister and my future sister in law :) I've always dreamed of the day I'd have a sister and Karli is everything you could hope for and more when it comes to gaining one. She has been there for me through good, and the bad, and I'm beyond grateful to have her every day. A few years ago we all went on a trip to Saint John USVI and it was one of the best vacations I've ever been on. Spending that time with Kar and her family was absolutely amazing. Karli just got married to the love of her life Robbie and Kyle and I are beyond excited for them! The New Mr and Mrs Vanleer are currently living and working in New Jersey.

Maddie is my cousin and we've been very close ever since we've been young. Through all the ups and downs we've always been there for each other and that will never change. Maddie attended Auburn University and is currently living and working in Atlanta with her boyfriend Patrick. Although we don't see each other as much as either of us would hope, we make sure to have the greatest time when we do and I absolutely love how close we are as cousins!

I've known Christina's husband Jon for over 12 years and met Christina a few years after that through him. And I thank him all the time for bringing someone as genuine and caring as Christina into my life. She is an amazing wife and mother to her family and I'm incredibly grateful to be the godmother to her son, Jonathan. We both love to fish and love fishing together every chance we get when her and Jon are in Ocean City in the summer months. When they're not in Maryland, Christina and Jon live in the Florida Keys where she's a boss lady and runs her own Consignment Store.

I met Katie a while ago through Jess. At the time, Jess and Katie were roommates and best friends at Salisbury University. Shortly after Jess and I met I was introduced to Katie and I'm so grateful everyday that I was! Katie and I also worked at the marina for a while together and had nothing but a great time while we did. When it comes to having a good time Katie is your girl and the one I would always consider "the life of the party" and I love her so much for that. Katie's golden retriever, Billie, is her heart and soul and just so happens to be Bodhi and Maci's cousin whom they love very much also!
